How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation, enter your email and password, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

What types of accounts are available?

We offer three main account types:

  • Villager: For individuals exploring local services (€2.00 per month)
  • Business: For professionals and businesses (€15.00 per month)
  • Club: For community organizations and clubs (€12.50 per month)

Is there a free trial?

You can browse listings for free. Subscription plans are required to create listings or access premium features.

How do I create a business listing?

After subscribing to a Business plan, go to your dashboard and click "Create Listing." Fill in your business details, add images, select your category, and choose your service area.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes! You can edit your listing at any time through your account dashboard. Changes are reflected immediately.

How do I add images to my listing?

When creating or editing your listing, use the image upload section. We recommend high-quality images (at least 800x600 pixels) that showcase your business or club.

What areas can I serve?

You can select specific villages, towns, or cities, or choose to serve an entire county or region. You can also indicate if you serve all of Ireland.

Subscriptions & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

When will I be charged?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and subsequent payments occur on the same day each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and select "Manage Subscription," or contact us at gordonmeade@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis in line with Irish and EU consumer law. See our Subscription Policy for details.
